Getting Back on Track
Today is my official first day getting back on track. Although I started this sometime ago I failed.
I am determined to get back on track and loose this weight!
Breakfast - Shake 17 g protein low carb
Lunch - Steak and cheese
Dinner - not sure yet
no snacking and no late night eating is the plan
no eating while drinking gotten really bad about that
