Hey Melva,

I too gained weight (read my blog for the latest revalations).  It just took me getting to a point of remembering WHY I had surgery and just remember WHAT has worked for me to begin.  For me even though I was looking so forward to summer and fruit.  I can't have fruit because it causes a STAND STILL in my weight.  Once I just gave that over, I have lost 3lbs in the last week.

You STILL have a tool it's just accepting some things about yourself, letting go of any negativity and remembering....well that worked for me.

Hi, not sure why you gaining. for me  it was the alcohol I started having a few times a week and carbs.
I eliminated the alcohol and a lot of carbs.
I try to do realatively low carbs and eliminated most if not all starchy carbs and some sweet fruits. Green veggies, ,meat, cheese, other proteins, are fine for me.

Plus I started exercise. I walk - fast paste - at least 10miles per week.

Hi Molly. Thanks.  I am mostly on the Atkins group.  I do need the low carb lifestyle.   If I do not - I start having cravings, get hungry and get RH.  Low carb must be OK for me. At least for now.

Glad you are doing well.
