I would suggest start going on consultations with plastic surgeons many do free consultations and seminars.  Find out if your insurance will cover it if not you'll need to see how much it's going to cost.  Are you at YOUR goal weight?  How long have you been there..."most" surgeons want you at goal for like 6 months or more.

I have had a ton of plastics over the last 2 years.

In looking at your ticker...do you want to weigh 125 untimately?  If you're ultimate goal is to weigh 125 then you are moving to fast and your body will adjust if you have it now and lose 60 more pounds.  What did you tell them as far as your goal weight etc etc?

I would recommend getting to goal weight. I had my breasts done and then got pregnant and now they aren't as nice. I went to a tummy tuck consultation and they recommended me getting back to goal before they would do it. They said, "Why would you want to still have access skin when you lose more." It's up to you though. Goodluck!
