(XP) Last day - Let's moving - May challenge ...
30 miles and/or 500 min in 30 days challenge
How is everyone doing? Have you moved lately? if not? what is stopping you? you know great sex or dancing, or just jumping for joy... can be consider great exercises... lol...
Today is May 31st... last day in put on miles and minutes... MOVE
So .... last day of the month - how did I do in May?
Today is May 31th... so far for this month I did
walked (fast - 4.0 miles/hr): 38+ miles...
stairs: 20 min (while at the hotel) + over 500 stairs while hiking last weekend - up and then down...for a total of over 1000 stairs...
walked (slow 3 mil/hr) ~ 300 min.
other activities ~ 350 minutes (total)
So for the 30 miles and/or 500 min in 30 days I met my goals
walked: 38+ miles
minutes other exercise: 670 min
Let us know what was your goals for May - any goals (i.e. some moved to a new house, some started and continue volunteer activities, some - just went out -and had a good time).
