Obviously you don't come here any more from what you stated above. I was actually coming to look for your food posts just to see what you have been eating. But then I realized you haven't been here in quite some time. Yeah it seems like a lot of these forums get neglected.
Anyhow, if you DO get this. I was just wondering.... how do you eat so little ( and stuff to me) that isn't fulfilling like yougurt and ricotta cheese? If I ate that for a *meal* I'd be hungry with in like an hour.

Hi Julia,
You found me! I do miss not BOTTing, but it was getting so lonesome. I don't know where everyone went. It's taken me over 10 yrs. to figure out that we don't "need" to eat every time I go into the kitchen. There's many times when I have a taste for a cookie or chip, I'll take a bite and think, really? Does this really taste this good? It doesn't, and I'll spit it out, and then it's over. I really survive on very very, thick protein shakes, I use Silk Unsweetened Almond milk. I've found Eggface's recipes for shakes, and I would prefer them over food. I am eating healthy foods. My typical day is:
B - protein shake w/1/4 - 1/2 piece of fruit
S - 1/2 c ricotta cheese w/dash of splenda
L - protein shake
S - ham and cheese roll
D - some type of meat and veggie
S - fage 0% w/splenda
I drin****d tea all day long, sometimes up to 2 qts.
Since following this plan I have lost 29 lbs. It really is all about going back to the basics. I hope that you found this somewhat helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.
