Have you moved today? May exercise challenge..
How is everyone doing? Have you moved lately? if not? what is stopping you? you know great sex or dancing, or just jumping for joy... can be consider great exercises... lol...
So .... how did I do?
Today is My 16th... so far for this month I did
walked (fast - 4.0 miles/hr): 18 miles...
stairs: 20 min (while at the hotel)
walked (slow 3mil/hr) - 120 min.
other activities () - 120 minutes (total)
So for the 30 miles and/or 500 min in 30 days I have so far:
walked: 18 miles
minutes other exercise: 260 min
right on target...

I still try to do some... but I also get involved with Atkins and low carb group..
With RH - low carb is the way for me to deal with food.

For me to lose weight (that I regained) and maintain - I need to be on a realitively low carb diet.
Atkins and low carb group.
And or - the natural food group.
