Good morning!
I had a busy weekend  and it looks like today will be the same.  My food plan:
Early Morning - 1 slice l.c. toast
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - 0% hot dog w/l.c. bun
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - grilled chicken w/veggies
