Happy Friday!
Well, today is my last day for my Adult Day program.  It's really been beneficial in facing a lot of my issues with depression.  I just need to remember to pratice them! 
My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink, 1/2 l.c. toast
Snack - cheese chunks
Lunch - ricotta cheese
Dinner - protein drink
Snack - fage

Deb, glad you are done with the program.  Hopefully the next steps will keep you on a path away from the depression.

Went shopping for a new mattress set - wow,  they are really super expensive.  Wasn't prepared to spend $2.000!  And that was on sale.  Definetly gonna keep shopping.

Friday's plan:
B - nothing, went to a client meeting away from the office and didn't take time to eat.  Not a good way to start my day.  Got progressively worse too.....
L - McDonald's Asian salad (ate about 1/2 with just a little Newman's dressing)
D - Way too many chips at the Mexican restaurant and a small margarita.  Fajita steak meat with peppers, onions and tomatoes.  Guess I ate about 3 oz. meat.
S - Edy's ice cream cup
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda

Holy sh*t!  It's been a long time since we've bought a new one.  I'll guess I'll just keep flipping mine for the next few years!  I'm holding out for a new fridge, stove and dishwashing.
