Still not sleeping. I've been up since 12:15 and now I'm tired and can't go take a nap! My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - cheese slice
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - ricotta cheese
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage

Thanks for the idea, but they have me on so many different meds that I would be afraid of mixing the wrong things. Hopefully, tonight will be the night!
