Good morning!
I hope that everyone has a nice Mother's Day.  It looks like spring is finally here!  I'm still working on health issues.  Hopefully, I'll be back to myself soon.  Going to the doc this afternoon to see if I can start doing some light exercising.  My crazy blood pressure has been dangerously low, they think that it may be some of the new meds that I've been on.  I still have no appetite, which is good, I'm able to live on protein drinks!  My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - 1/2 banana
Lunch -  ham and cheese roll
Dinner - (maybe) grilled chicken w/roasted veggies or protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Have a great day

I'm sorry you're having health issues, Deb!  What do you do for the ham and cheese roll?  I should try living on protein drinks for awhile.  That might kickstart the weightloss again!  I need to get away from the "eating"!  It's really doing a number on me!

I can do this, I can do this, I can do this - AND SO CAN YOU!!

Hi Therese,
Ham and chesse rolls are just like it sounds.  I take a slice of ham and put on a slice of cheese and roll really tight.  I usually make 2 for lunch or split for 2 snacks.  I try to make a few days work that put them in those little snack bags, so I just grab for the day.  I absolutely love my protein shakes, check out eggface's website, she has some great recipes.  My husband just at Lou Malnati's pizza for dinner, I had my protein shake and I think that I had a better dinner!
You can do this, document your food and Keep on BOTTing!

Got back from North Carolina late Saturday.  It was a very relaxing vacation and great seafood!  Lots of oysters, shrimp and scallops.  Weather wasn't great, so we couldn't spend as much time getting vitamin D at the pool as usual.  Did some site seeing on the Outer Banks....Wright Bros. museum and monument, Corolla wild mustangs, Currituck lighthouse.....and some good outlet mall shopping.

Monday "back to work" menu:
B - mixed fruit salad (grapes, mango, bananna) and 1/2 protein bar with coffee
S - 1/4 cup almonds w/greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey
L - top of 2 pizza squares
S - 1/2 protein bar and ff latte
D - leftovers from Mother's Day (chicken, steak, mixed veggies)
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda

Hi Res2977,
I hate when the weather doesn't understand that when you're on vacation, you'd like it to be nice and sunny!  Thankfully, there were other things there to see and do.  But, just relaxing and doing what you want and when you want, is nice.  Happy you're back!

Hi Deb,

I'm so glad to see that you are still here.  Sorry that you are having blood pressure issuses, my pressure gets dangerously low sometimes also.  I take two type of blood pressure meds each morning so I know what you are going through.  I truly hope things get better for you.

I've been watching your menu for awhile, and being back on track, going back to basics is not easy especially when you're as far out as we are.  My question...what do you do or eat when you get hungry.

When I'm at home I don't have a problem, but when I'm in the office the "hunger or snack monster" is always rearing its ugly head.  I need to do somethine quick...I'm gaining weight and I don't like what I see.

Thanks,

Dreamgirl119

Hi Dreamgirl!
I'm not sure what's going on with me, but I'm going through a period of not wanting to eat.  Crazy, I know, after 10 years, it's finally kicked in! LOL!  I make myself have a protein drink for breakfast, if I'm looking for "something" to snack on I'll have a little ricotta or slice of cheese.  I have a protein drink for lunch, or something lite like 1/2 cheese quesadilla and then dinner.  I sometimes force my self to have some kind of protein.  I'll also have 1/2 a banana some time during the day.  Like I said, I've lost my appetite.  Needless to say, I've lost 24 lbs. over the past few months.
Keep on BOTTing!

OMG!!! 24lbs.  Great job on the weight lost...sorry you had to lose your appetite and have health issues to do it.

Thanks for the tips....
