Good morning!
Here's a fast post for today's food:
Breakfast - ricotta cheese
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - fage
Dinner - chicken strips w/grilled veggies
Snack - protein drink
Since I've been making my own "Hood" milk,  I can drink them all day long!

Hi Deb- Just stopped by to say hello.   I decided to track my food on another site because it was recommended by my family doctor and my dietitian has my log in information so that she can look at that rather than the food journals I used to keep.  I eat so much that I was feeling gluttonish compared to you guys.  Sounds like life has leveled off for you and things are back to normal again.  I personally felt the winter went on forever this year.  Next year I am taking a vacation south also.  I think your trip did wonders for you.  I always feel better when the sun comes out.  take care, Just me
