Wednesday Cardio/Cafe

Good morning!
Well, today I'm starting 1/2 days through my day therapy program.  I'm feeling like my old self every day.  I figured since I'm on 1/2 days, I'll head to the gym right after class to get slowly back to exercising.  I have to get started on Hala's idea.  My eating is still poor, which is good I guess.  My food plan:
Breakfast - ricotta
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - bbq chicken breast w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage

Good morning -

Just checking to see how everyone is doing today.  I need to get my eating plan under control and start pre planning items for the day. 

Deb - when you mention you are having ricotta in the morning, are you just eating plan ricotta?  I am guessing ricotta is full of protein but have never actually checked it out.

Hi Tochatty!
Yep, plain ricotta.  Sometimes I put a little sprinkle of splenda on it.
It's really good and filling!
