Thursday Cafe/Cardio

Happy Thursday,
Another early morning for me.  Thankfully, I'm not hungry when I get up so early, it would definately be a problem!  Today's plan:
Breakfast - protein drink w/strawberries
Snack - ricotta cheese
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - protein drink w/banana
Dinner - ham and veggies

 I haven't done a plan in a while. Here goes to a real try (Inner Change with forward movement):

Breakfast: 30g protein shakeeeee
Snack: muscle milk light 15g shake
Lunch: steamed shrimp
Snack: roast beef and lettuce- sandwich innards of two mini sandwichs from work
Dinner: turkey meatloaf and veggies
Optional snack: muscle milk light 15g shake

So, who's setting the alarm for 3:00 a.m. for the "Fairy Tale" wedding?  I have the DVR set!

Thursday's menu:
B - Balance protein bar and coffee (on the train)
S - strawberries and cantaloupe
L - 1 c. Mexican bean salad 
S - 1/2 c. refried beans and 10 chips
D - stir fry with chicken, zucchini and carrot
