Tuesday Cardio/Cafe

Good morning!
Well, today I'm doing the happy dance , I finally got released for
"light driving".  I'm still in the day program at the hospital, probably for another few weeks, but I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!  My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink w/1/2 banana
Snack - fage
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken breast w/veggies

B - Aldi's protein bar and coffee
L - 1 oz. cheese and 2 oz. deli ham
S - soy crisp crackers and greek yogurt dill dip
D - BBQ pork and 2 T cole slaw
