Hey BOTT's how did you do eating during the holiday?
Hi Everyone,
Eating is always a challenge but especially during holidays and family gatherings. How did you do?
I did ok, ate mostly protein for the day. I am looking forward to my 2nd weigh in tomorrow. I walked dogs like crazy and hit the gym. Keep your fingers crossed upping my protein will help with my weight loss.
Check in tomorrow

I am new to this group. I am 12 months post op. I joined right before my 12 month check up..that heavens I did - I lost 6lbs in 4 days and my weight remained the same as my 9 month check up. I am no where near where I would like to be. I went from a size 22W to size 10 - and I seemed content with that. But I know I could lose much more... so does my surgeon. So I am BOTT and staying here. I am one of those that can tolerate any food and have head hunger issues. It is going well ... I check in here two or three times a day & I've been using Daily Burn on my iPhone to record everything I eat!!! Easter was no problem - I did not buy any candy - and ate my protein (ham) first and was full. Wish I never started those carbs after 6 months out!!!
