In my efforts to get back on track to stop gaining and start losing again, I wanted to try
My Fitness Pal. So my question is... do you like it?  Is it helping you?
Just curious when you set up your 'goals' what did you use for categories?

Net calories consumed?
Carbs?
Protein?
Fat?

Also, what amounts did you use? Thanks, Lisa

Hi Lisa,
I'm not too familiar with My Fitness Pal. I follow my BodyBugg.  But, I did a search, from the top of this page, and there was a lot of interesting feedback on it.  Hope this helps.

I am starting to my MyFitnessPal.com as well because it has the mobile app that I can log and check calories through out the day.  The other great feature I love is I dont have to key in foods not in the database you can scan the bar code and it will pull up the information.

I have not spent too much time on the physical website yet but hope to investigate further today.  What kind of calorie range are you setting for yourself?
