Good Happy Monday morning!
I hope that everyone enjoyed their Easter.  I was able to keep mine nice and simple.  Today's plan:
Breakfast - protein drink, 1/2 banana
Snack - ricotta cheese
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - leftover ham and veggies
Snack - fage

Busy week ahead - leaving for the Outer Banks in North Carolina very early Saturday morning for a much needed one week vacation.  So much to do to get ready. 

Monday menu:
B - toasted sandwich thin w/peanut butter and coffee
S - Luna bar
L - ham and string cheese and sf fluff salad
S - cantaloupe and strawberries
D - ham, carrots & asparagus
S - 2 Easter sugar cookies (ugh!)
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda
