Good morning!
These days are flying by, except our cold dreary weather isn't.  I had one of my best days yesterday, I think that this day program is beginning to sink in!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink w/low carb milk
Snack - ham and cheese roll
Lunch - cup of broth and 0% beef hotdog
Snack - ham and cheese roll
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage (if needed)

Early - Luna bar and coffee
B - bananna and grapes 
S - 2 oz brie, grapes and blue cheese crackers
L - Taco meat on salad
S - Starbuck ff latte
D - baked ricotta mixed with spinich and marinera
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda
