I missed posting yesterday and now I can't remember what the heck I ate! I usually have ba asic meal plan made up for the coming week when I do grocery shopping on Sunday's, but some days things go a little crazy. Today was much better!
B - Carbmaster yogurt w/strawberries and coffee
S - 1/4 cgreek yogurt dip made with chipolte mix and 10 small crackers
L - sandwich thin w/2 oz. ham and toup matoe
S - grapes and banana
D - 1 cup chili (heavy on the kidney beans)
