 HI GROUP IVE BEEN GONE FROM THE SITE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. BEEN STRUGGLING THATS WHY I LEFT BUT I STILL FIND MYSELP STRUGGLING AND IN WORST SHAPE EVER!! I GAINED SOME LBS AFTER ALL THAT WORK!!! I TELL MYSELF AND HATE MYSELF FOR THAT!!! I NEED HELP HERE GROUP!! I NEED TO GET MY PRIORITIES STRAIGHT, MY FOOD, MY LIFE, MY ENERGY, MY WEIGHT BACK ON TRACK. ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW TO START ON THIS???

Hi Veronica!
Welcome back to BOTT!  Unfortunately, not much has changed about getting back on track.  It's about basics, protein and more protein, no white foods, no drinking with meals, no junk and finally the "big one",
exercise!  We're happy that you're back, please post with us on the daily forum, it really does help to plan your meals, and go easy on yourself.  We are all here for you!

Deb is right Veronica.  DId you print the packet that BOTT has here on the thread?  It is a great starting point for sure.  You can do whatever you put your mind too.  Welcome back to BOTT!

Hi Veronica,
    I too have been gone for a very "long' time as well, trying to get my head together too.  We can do this together.  We will start at the basics as others have said.  Stating that, I can say that going back to the gym and taking yoga/pilates class have helped to get back on track.  Start with at least one thing and that will start the ball rolling.  Difficult...not really.  But it can be done.  Have a good holiday and will check again on Monday!  Take care and just start!
