Good morning!
Trying to get the house cleaned before leaving for school today.  It's been hard trying to catch up since vacation.   My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - fage
Lunch - 0% hotdog w/veggies
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chili

s: yogurt, pastrami, veggie slice, tomato, 1/2 cucumber 200
l: tuna, oatmeal cookie, veggie chili 300
s: yogurt, nut crunch bar, pear 380
late dinner: veggie chili, fiesta pie, veggie slice, apple and yogurt 520
