Monday Cafe/Cardio
Good Monday morning!
I was surprised to see the snow this morning. Uhhhh, I have just about all of my winter things packed away. So much for trying to be organized. Back to the Day Progam today, it will be like starting school again, kinda nervous. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - ham and cheese roll
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - click! I'll need it to keep awake!
Dinner - 1/2 pork chop w/veggies
Snack - fage

I am wondering if spring will ever get here! I worked from home today and I did more snacking than normal. Never really ate lunch, just multiple snack sthroughout the day. Ugh! Ate way too many carbs. Tomorrow is another day.
Monday's menu:
B - steel cut oatmeal w/1/4 cup chopped almonds mixed with cranberries
S - 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w/peanut butter
S2 - 2 oz. cheese and grapes
S3 - protein bar and coffee
S4 - greek yogurt mixed with chipolte dip mix and some tortilla chips
D - 3 oz. steak and cauliflower
