Sunday Cafe/Cardio
Good morning!
It's so nice to be home! We didn't get in until later, I have tons of things to do to prepare for this week. I think that this was one of the best vacations I've taken in at least 10 years! Granted the first few were difficult, but my meds and deep breathing techniques really helped. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - TJ's peanut butter on 1/2 slice low carb bread
Lunch - ricotta cheese
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - grilled chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage

Glad you had a great vacation Deb! We are going to North Carolina in 2 weeks - so looking forward to some quiet time with my husband.
Sunday's eats:
B - bananna and 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter
S - handful of snapea crisps (something new I bought at Trader Joe's)
L - 1/2 sandwich made witha sandwich thin and 1 oz. beef and 1 slice cheddar cheese
S - 1/2 cup mixed nuts (munched while finishing my taxes!)
D - 1 whole wheat tortilla with chicken, salsa, 1/4 c refried beans and 3 T guacamole
