L:  tuna, sandwich thin, veggie chili 
S: veggie chili, sf ff cheesecake, banana
S: cucumber and tomato, apple, nut crunch bar
D: fish, brown rice, veggie chili, sf ff cheesecake

B - Trader Joe's flax and soy cereal (1 c) w/ 1/4 c ff milk and 1/4 c strawberries
S - cantaloupe
L - Chipolte veggie bowl
S - Starbuck's ff latte
D - chicken thigh and refried beans w/ guacamole
