  Where is the Ben Gay after one day at the gym  

My legs have left me and took a cab to the rehab center.  My ass has filed abuse charges against me.  And I can't feel anything above the waist, it's numb    

When you start again you have to do some serious talk-in to the mirror, that's what got me through the first time to success and I needed to do it again.  Thank god no one was video recording this convo last night I had with myself in the mirror. . . 

Devil:     I gained because my surgeon sucks and failed me!
Angel:    Nope he is to good and cute too.
Devil:     I gained because my pouch stretched out!
Angel:    Nope, can't eat much at one time or I will get sick, even 5 years plus out.
Devil:     But you can eat again in a few hours?
Angel:    Just because I can, doesn't mean I should.  Head hunger, head hunger, head hunger
Devil:     It's defective!
Angel:    Defective what?  You didn't have anything put in.
Devil:     You are dealing with transfer addiction!
Angel:    Transfer from what?  Food addiction to food addiction.
Devil:     Well it has to be someones fault it can't be you?
Angel:    Yes it is.

Whew that was heavy and I needed a cookie after that, but got some fruit with almond butter instead.

Idaba, (I refused to continue with a bad thing) because you didn't!

That damn devil has been a pain in my ass for many years, but I've finally learning to be stronger.  It looks like you are too!  Every morning after I weight myself, I look in the mirror and say "I did it", even if it's the tiniest amount. Keep doing a great job,and don't worry, I sure that your ass with drop the charges!

One day at a time dear.  It is in your power to do whatever you put your mind too!!  Hope you can get out for a 30 min walk today.......:-)  We are not on the biggest loser and even though I love the show it is a just that show and not real life.  You don't have to kill yourself to get in shape and lose weight.  When I 1st starting getting back on track I started off slowly with walking, Leslie Sansone DVD's, stationary bike.  After a month of this I started weights and doing the elliptical about 10 to 15 min 2 to 3 times a week if that.  Now I can do 30 to 35 min on ellipitcal.  Probably more but at my current size I will hold off on doing more and plus my knees aren't the greatest and I don't want to injure myself and be able to do nothing at all.  That would be worse because I still struggle with food addiction and I need to exercise to eat up extra calories consumed.

 You are right Molly!!  Ours is the only one where we just can't quit cold turkey and NOT EAT!  Geez we can pick em can't we?
