Thursday Cafe/Cardio

Good morning!
It's really hard when you get up at 2:15 in the morning and there's nothing on TV, in English, that is!  I thought that after such a busy, strenuous day that I would be able to at least sleep until 4 or 5.  My food plan:
Breakfast (3a.m.) protein drink
Breakfast - 1 egg w/bacon
Lunch - steak queasily (minus quesadillia) w/beans and guacamole
Snack - 1/2 protein drink
Dinner - some type of Mexican meat w/usual.  I think that I could live on Mexican food, if someone could come home with me and cook it!
Snack - protein drink

I agree with the Mexican food.  And, everything is pouch friendly except the tortilla!  I lived on refried beans with melted cheese early out. 

Thursday's menu:
B - Trader Joe's Flax and Soy cereal (7 gr protein in 1 cup) with about 1/3 cup FF milk
S - canteloupe and strawberries
L - 2 oz. brie with 6 crackers and grapes
S - Luna bar and Starbucks ff latte
D - 90% lean 1/3 # grilled hamburger patty w/ sliced tomato, onion and avocado

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda

I like Mexican food too.  I have no limitations from my RNY though so I eat the whole thing!  I buy the whole wheat tortillas so that I can justify them.  I had 2 really bad nights of sleep too.  Had I known you were up I would have logged on too.  I did get back to sleep and slept late today.  I had choir rehearsal tonight.  Then I took a benedryl and got to bed early.  Weird day for me.  No fruit or veggies!
