Good morning everyone:
I went to a diabetic support group meeting last night. The topic was proportion distortion...my downfall. We talked about meals and I am going to try 4 meals today and more food at each meal. Maybe that will help me? I usually end up eating differently than planned but I keep trying !!!
B: eggbeater sandwich, orange, yogurt, 1 T sunflower seeds 370
L: turkey meatloaf 3 oz, brown rice pasta 1/3 c, 1/2 cucumber, banana, yogurt and 2 walnuts 465 cal
D: pork 3 oz, couscous 1/3 cup, veggie soup, pear, cheesecake, 1 T sunflower seeds 475
S: cheesecake, orange, 1/3 c oatmeal 240

I stopped at Trader Joe's on my way home from work. I found some interesting foods to add variety to my daily meal plans.
