Monday Cafe and Cardio

.....and another week begins.  The bracelet food tracking is working well so I will continue that.  Dentist appointment today.  I have been getting to the gym regularly and I can feel the difference in my muscle tone.   I ended up eating differently than planned but still it worked out ok (for me).

B: eggbeater omelet and 1/2 sandwich thin with peanut butter and an orange 310
L; turkey meatloaf 4 oz, 1/2 cup brown rice pasta, 1/2 cucumber and 1 tomato 375 cal
S: 1 cup pastacio nuts 340 calories (26 gm of fat and I feel fine. I know people that have dumping syndrom say it is horrible but maybe that would help me just a little to not lose control like this.  I could not stop myself.)
D: turkey pastrami and soy cheese on sandwich thin 220
S: small cheesecake slice, veggies and pear 195
S: 1/2 cup pistacio nuts 170

Just me,
You're doing a great job!  It's amazing how little exercise  will start to show on your body.  For me so far, so good.  The sun is definately helping me. Just sitting and cooking my little fat body.  I finally figured out how to load my two new meditation cd's on my mp3's.  It's amazing how fast I am responding to them.  Although, I don't know if I'm supposing to be sleeping through them?  I did manage to bring my protein drinks, so I'm happy with my meals.  I have been eating sparingly during the regular meals. 
Breakfast- protein drink @3:00 a.m. , yep still getting up early
Snack  - 1/2 c. frest fruit
Lunch - protein drink, 1/2 cheeseburger (minus bun) lettuce, tomato and beans
Dinner - steak quesadillia (minus quesadillia) beans and guacamole
Snack - protein drink
I don't know what it is here, but I could eat their beans and quacamole for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
