Good morning everyone:

I have an extra choir rehearsal today for Easter.  It is so difficult but I am trying to cut back my calories...just a little more.  I hope to get to my healthclub this afternoon.  Have a great day.

B: eggbeater omelet and 1/2 sandwich thin 150
S: cheesestick and banana 170
L: 1/2 sandwich thin,  soy cheese and 1/2 chicken sausage and veggies 175
S: Greek yogurt and orange 150
D: 1/2 c brown rice and bran pasta, beef 4 oz, veggies 415
S: nut crunch bar, Greek yogurt and 1/2 c blueberries 320

total 1480

Hi Just Me!
You know that you can do this!!!  You're food plans always look so good.  The one thing that helped me is weighing my food.  I was shocked on how MY numbers were off.  They are not that expensive and you can always checkout Craigslist.

Hi Deb-I do use my digital scale and my measuring cups.  I simply eat too many calories.  Often I am 1900 to 2000 which is too much food for me.  I was on a good roll before my face surgery but it took the wind out of my sails and I gained weight.  I am losing but very slowly again now and I decided not to weigh myself so much.  I will keep botting because.  thanks, Just me
