Sunday Cafe/Cardio
Well, we arrived in Puerto Vallarto, yesterday. After being in the hospital and the blood pressure problems I have, I really wished that we would have been able to postpone the trip, but we would have lost too much money. I've been up since 3:15 and sitting on the balcony, watching all the ships pass by. Beautiful! My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink (yep, they let me bring in my own bagged protein)
Snack - fruit
Lunch - steak taco, minus the taco, beans
Dinner - not quite sure
Snack - protein drink

We usually go to Mexico in the winter. This year with my face surgery we stayed home. My rule NEVER turn down a vacation! Glad you went. You will feel better.
B: eggbeater omelet and 1/2 sandwich thin 150
S: banana and string cheese 170
L: egg frop soup, moo goo gai pan, brown rice, 2 fortune cookies 500
S: Greek yogurt and an orange 140
D: turkey meatloaf, brown rice and veggies 300
S: pastatio nuts, blueberries and yogurt 310
total: 1570 calories

Deb I'm sorry you're not feeling well. It's no fun being on vacation when you're not quite yourself. I've been missing in action, but still trying to follow my plan. Looks like the rain may hold off for awhile so I may take my walk outside instead of the gym.
My plan for today:
EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B - Cottage cheese w/peaches & cinnamon on wheat toast
S - Chocolate Protein Shake
L - Crustless Spinach Quiche w/ small tossed salad - LF dressing
D - Tilapia w/ green beans
S - Sliced apples w/peanut butter
Caloris 1,067 Carbs 71g Fat 38g Protein 112g

I agree with Just Me - never pass up a vacation. Hope the beauty brings you many, many smiles for the week!

S -slow churn ice cream
