Thursday cafe and cardio

Good afternoon everyone:

B: whole wheat toast and peanut butter and yogurt 280
S: cottage cheese and nut crunch bar 350
L: brown rice pasta with bran and chicken sausage and veggies 200
S: cottage cheese and nut crunch bar 350
D: mashed potatoes, chicken breast and veggies 250
S: yogurt and cheesestick 180

1610 calories

busy day and definately having appetite problems and not really sure why.  I think the Nut crunch bars aren't working out...back to plain old walnuts again.  I drink a ton of water that I don't write down.

I will try harder tomorrow.

So glad the weekend is almost here!  We are heading to our vacation home near Lake Geneva tomorrow night.  Time to start getting things together for summer!  It's been such a long, long winter.

Thursday's menu:
Early - Balance protein bar and coffee
B - Weight Control oatmeal
S - mango
L - salad with 2 oz. imitation crab
S - Starbuck ff latte
D - shrimp and asparagus

Hi Just Me!
From what you journal every day looks really good.  The only thing that I can think of, are you measuring your food, just for the heck of it?  It was a real eye opener for me.  Keep up the good work!
