Hi everyone

B: eggbeater sandwich
S: Cheesecake and apple
L: protein bar and veggies
S: Cheesecake and apple
D: chicken, veggies and brown rice (I think the mashed potatoes caused some of my hunger yesterday)
S: Cheesecake, apple and nut crunch bar

Opthalmalogist appointment...major diabetic eye problems please say a prayer!

My eats for today:
Early train ride food - Balance protein bar and coffee
B - Carbmaster yogurt
S - 1/2 c. quinoa and kidney bean salad and 10 small crackers
L - 1/2 c. spring shrimp salad (peas, asparagus and shrimp)
S - Starbucks latte
D - 3 oz. beef roast w/horseradish and cauliflower
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  Rhonda
