Friday Cafe/Cardio
Good morning!
I had a totally lost day yesterday, literally!!! I had my outpatient class which starts at 9:00. Not feeling great through most of the day. Get home by 4:00 p.m. I knew that I would never go throught the rest of the day if I didn't take a small nap. Well I get up, look at the alarm and it says 6:00. I start freaking out, I jump in the shower, dry my hair, throwing clothes throughout the closet. I make my breakfast and lunch protein drinks, finish getting my class paperwork together and then my phone rings. My husband who just started golfing this week calls to see how my day has been going. I tell him I can't talk because the bus will be coming by to pick me up for school. Well, he tells me that is was still Thursday evening. I was so upset. I just sat in my chair for the rest of the evening and finally went to bed. Days like this make me feel like I'm really losing it.

You really must have been tired to fall into that deep a sleep. Glad you were able to get back to sleep last night. When that happens to me I usually have a tough night of sleep.
B: Eggbeater omelet with 1/2 sandwich thin 120
S: Greek yogurt and 1/2 c blueberries 120
L: Salmon, 1/2 cucumber and plum tomato and 1/2 sandwich thin 215
S: cheese stick and apple 160
D: shrimp, 1/2 c rice, cucumber, tomato, asperagus and cheesecake 400
S: nut crunch bar 190
total 1205

Happy Friday BOTTer's! So happy for the weekend.
Friday menu:
Early - Balance protein bar and coffee (on the train)
B - Oatmeal
S - canteloupe
L - salad with 2 oz imitation crab and kidney beans (lots of protein!)
S - Starbucks ff latte
D - Dinner out with hubby - 1/2 cup New England clam chowder, Blackened catfish and 2 shrimp
