Good Monday morning,
It feels so good to be back, thanks for all your responses.  I start my "day program" today.  I've got some major anxiety going, new people, staff and programs.  Plus, I'm not allowed to drive, so the "little yellow school bus" will be picking me up and bringing me home.  Hopefully, it will only last a few weeks.  Todays food plan:
Breakfast : 1 egg, 1/2 banana
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - think thin bar
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

S: cheesecake, Greek yogurt, apple and nut bar 450

So glad to be part of a group again!  I have missed the accountability.  Definetly makes you think before you put it in your mouth!

Good luck Deb with the school bus and day program.  Have faith that things will get better soon.

My Monday plan:
Early (on the train going to work) - Balance protein bar and coffee
B - Carbmaster yogurt and Starbucks FF grande latte
S - 1/2 c. Eggy's spring shrimp salad (peas, asparagus, greek yogurt & shrimp)
L - 1/2 c. Quinoa & bean salad (quinoa, kidney beans, red onion, basil & lemon juice)
S - banana & peanut butter
S2 - thinking I will need another cup of coffee - thank goodness there is a Starbucks on every corner in Chicago!
D - Leftover chili
