L - spring salad greens, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 sl cucumber w/2 oz crab (2 T ff dressing)
S - FF latte, 1/2 bananna and 12 grapes
D - leftover beef stew meat with carrots and peas
S - 1/2 **** cream w/strawberries
