Good morning everyone

B: oatmeal and yogurt 280
S: nut crunch bar 190
L: sandwich thin, turykey, veggies clememtine 300
S: pear and yogurt 210
D: chicken breast, veggies, rice and clementines 300
S: cheesecake and nut crunch bar 290
S: 1 oz tostitoes and 1 1/2 oz. reduced fat cheese 250 cal (oops)

B - 1 egg scrambled with 1 sl bacon, mushrooms & 1/2 oz. cheddar
S - greek yogurt dip (made with Knorr soup mix) and 10 soy chips
L - 3/4 cup pea salad made with pesto, ham and cheese stick
S - celery with laughing cow lite wedge
D - 4 oz. sirloin roast, carrots and lima beans
