Good morning everyone:

I have added more calories at the end of the day and that is working  better.  Anything to get to my goal weight.  I also have really upped my workouts again. 

Plan:
B: Eggbeater sandwich
S: Greek yogurt, clemintines, soup
L: Salad, chicken breast, whole wheat tortilla
S: Greek yogurt, apple, soup
D: Chicken, yam, salad
S: Greek yogurt, clemintines, soup, nut crunch bar

Hopefully the snow will melt and I can get to the gym.  I didn't get there until 8 pm last night and I drove home at 10pm and the roads were very icy.  This Wisconsin winter has got to come to an end sooner or later...doesn't it!
