Wednesday Cardio/Cafe

Good morning BOTTERS!
My hubby and I went to the theatre to see "Hair".  It was nice to go out to dinner and a show.  Unfortunately, I only made it through the intermission.  The show was totally "over my head".  I love the music and dancing but don't really remember so many of the other issues.  But then I realized that I was only 8 years old when all of this was going on.  I felt bad about leaving, but I guess that I wouldn't have made a good hippie!  My plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink, 1/2 banana
Snack - click
Lunch - out w/friends, so probably soup
Dinner - chicken breast w/roasted veggies

Hair...what can I say?  I saw it in London in the 70's.  I don't think I would enjoy it now either.  Issues that seemed like fun in those days have really hurt society...especially women.  Fun music though.

good afternoon

Today has been a blah...

breakfast- half a bagle w cream cheese and an apple
lunch- worked right through it, now im starving and fighting the urge to hit up the vending machine.
Dinner- 1c steamed broccoli, grilled chicken breast 1/2 c fetuccine alfredo
snack- 3 oz cheese and baked pepperoni slices

hoping to catch bob or jillian biggest loser workout on the kinect if I can pull my kids from the living room long enough.
