First off, my thoughts and prayers go to all of people of Japan. I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through.
Today's food plan:
Breakfast - ricotta
Lunch - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/veggies

Good morning Deb:
My prayers are with them as well.  Thank God that they had their building codes or their losses would have been even greater.  Sounds like your weight is really coming down.  I hope you feel better soon.  What meds are wiping out your appetite?  How is your iron doing?  I am eating the same as usual and fluctuating.  I have been back to the gym though for 1/2 hour cardio...bike, walk, and swim....for a few weeks now.  My face still hurts from my surgery and I wonder if it will ever totally unswell.  I think I need to plan out my food beforehand too get some weight off.  I did do my 1 mile walk that I commited to last month.  I finished in 15 minutes which is a good pace for me.  I am hoping to find some other planned walk or 5 k next month to keep me going.
