Happy Monday!
I'm still plugging along.  It seems like it's taking forever to get my meds going in the right direction.  On the positive side, I've had absolutely no appetite.  I feel like a "newbie"!  I do plan on going to the gym and do some time on the treadmill.  I've not been going out too much, so this will be a good start.  My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - 1/2 banana
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - 1/2 banana
Dinner - protein drink with a slice of chicken
