Hello BOTT Family,

Been missing a couple of days...had computer problems.  Isn't it unreal ho we depend on modern technology.  Well I'm back thank goodness.

Yes...it is almost Friday and like you I CAN'T WAIT!   Had a good talking to myself last night and I know I just have to apply myself and get down to some serious grit business.  My girlfriend told me last night that she has lost 34lbs. (she lives in NC) just by walking.   Did the little jealousy bug rear it's little head YES!  Can I let her outdo me? NO!   So I'm planning and hoping to be able to stick to my guns and get this weight back off.  I know with God's grace and blessings I will do this.   My Thursday plan...   To cold to do my lunch time walk...saving my workout for tonight.   My meal plan...   EM - Chocolate Shake / Decaf Coffee B -   Spinach Omelet w/PepperJack Cheese, tomato, mushroom & onion        (Build an omelet day in the cafeteria) made w/egg whites & Pam spray L -   Grilled Chicken, BLT Salad w/ LF dressing S -   Apple slices w/ cheese pepper stick D -   Grilled Tilapia w/ garlic spinach S -   Protein Shake / Yogurt   Calories 1037  Carbs 57g  Fat 45g  Protein 84g

I don't know what I would do if my computer went out.  How wonderful for your girlfriend! YOU DO KNOW THAT,  YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!  Your food plan looks really good, keep up the good work!

Hi Guys!
Still not feeling too great.  It seems like it's taking the iron a little longer to kick in.  I did take my pup out for a walk yesterday, it felt good to get out, even though it was so cold.  My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - 1/2 banana
Lunch - protein drink
Dinner - soup or protein drink
