Wednesday Cafe and Cardio

Hi everyone:
I am not MIA or anything I am doing well.  The sun has been shining more which helps me get my butt to the gym.  I only drive my car on snow free roads so if it is snowing I have to wait for my husbands car and go to the gym at night...ugh!  I am up to 10 minutes (2.4 miles) on the bike, 1 mile walk and 1/4 mile swim.  I am logging my food on my Excel spreadsheet that I print once a week.  I did that for a couple years after surgery and it helped me track my blood sugar levels, weight and food. I figured if it worked then it will work now.  I have been eating 1500 to 1600 calories since Sunday.  It helps to check in with all of you daily though to keep me back on track.

Today I have:
B- piece of  whole wheat toast with my meds
S-protein coffee
L-chicken and veggie sandwich
S-protein coffee
D-philly cheesesteak casserole 

Gym tonight: 30% incline treadmill for an hour..... =)

Not so good on the cafe today, but have been walking 45 minutes daily since Saturday.

Tonight I put together a plan for myself to work on those problem eating areas. Plan to introduce water back into my meal plan.
