Back to basics for me

I am over my range of weight by 5#.  This past summer it was 3#.  I see a pattern of creeping weight gain. I have let some bad habits creep back into my daily routine.  I see a spiraling out of control ahead of me if I don't get back to basics.

I've tried, but I just can't find anyone to blame for this but myself.

So, for me,

Out with the sweets
Out with the soda
Out with the grazing

On with the exercise.

I've planned a 3 week progression to get to this better eating plan. 

Needed to post to keep myself accountable.

Welcome to BOTT!  Your plan looks great and you seem to have a good attitude to take control over this minor setback.  Stop in daily and post your meals for the day, it really does help!

Welcome! Good for you for getting this under control now!  You can do it.  Those pesky bad habits are always lurking out there unfortuantely.  Your plan sounds good!  One day at a time.
