Good morning:

Yesterday I got my butt down to my gym for 6 minutes on the bike, 3/4 of a mile walk and 4 laps in the pool.  I didn't write my food yesterday but it was ok.  I went to my healthclub after lunch and rode the bike for 7minutes, 3/4 mile walk and 8 laps in the pool.  We got more snow last night...I really am tired of snow and clouds this winter.  I can't wait for warmth and sunshine!  I hope you are all well this morning.

Breakfast:  Greek yogurt, swiss cheese and a banana 310 cal.
Snack:  2 slices turkey, 1 oz swiss cheese, tomato and sandwich thin 260 cal.
Lunch: Salmone burger, sandwich thin 230 cal.
Snack: Greek yogurt and banana 160 cal
dinner: duck, potato and salad 430 cal
Snack: sandwich thin, cheese, turkey 220 cal
