Hi Guys!
Missing in action yesterday, I've been having some dark days.  Going to the psych today, I'm hoping for some new meds and not a hospital stay.  Sometimes, they say that they can get the meds switched quicker and safer if I'm hospitalized. On the upside, I've lost 3 lbs. in the past week.  It feels good seeing the scale moving in the right direction.  My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich
Dinner - not quite sure

Congrautlations on losing 3 lbs. That must feel good.  It has been such a long winter...so much snow.  Yesterday in my blog I wrote how tired and depressed I am of being inside.  But March always warms up and the snow melts.  Spring is right around the corner.  Also remember that your labs are so low.  When they get normalized you will feel physically better too.  When you start exercising again your endorphins will kick in.  We all will be feeling better about life in a couple weeks.  Take care,
