Been missing in action...work has been crazy busy, but I'm still here.

My plan for today...

Exercise: some strength training and treadmill

L -   Tuna w/tossed salad/LF dressing
D -   Leftover Roasted Chicken w/Garlic Spinach & Tomato
S -   Protein Shake / Herbal Tea
