Good Morning BOTT Family,

Been away on a 3-day Ski Trip and Concert Weekend.  Had a fantastic time...and no I didn't put on a pair of ski's or even make an attempt.  Too old to be breakin' any bones.  I don't indulge in alcohol, but I ate more than I should have, and believe it or not stayed away from the dessert table.  So it's back too life...back to reality!

My plan today....

Cardio....cardio...cardio!

Food:

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    Turkey Bacon w/Spinach Omelet
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake
L -    Tuna Salad w/tossed Field Greens/cucumber/tomato & LF Italian dressing
D -    Grilled Tilapia w/spinach & brown rice
S -    Apple slice w/peanut butter

Sounds like you had a great time!  It's always fun to break loose.  Today I have my iron infusion.  I've got all of my food packed.  I feel like I'm leaving on vacation, but I have to plan for all three meals plus snacks.  I'm bringing a few books, I haven't had much time to read, so it may be like a little vacation.  My food:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - sliced apples w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - think thin bar
Dinner - chicken chunks w/bbq sauce

I am glad you had fun on your ski trip.  Good luck with your infusion, Deb. 
Exercise today is cleaning and lots of it.  I don't like to clean so I will offer it up for you today, Deb.  

Breakfast Eggbeater sandwich 200 cal
Snack: Cheesecake and soup 125 cal
Lunch: soup, salad, 4 oz chicken breast 150 cal
Snack: cheesecake, soup, muffin 225 cal
Dinner soup, 4 oz chicken breast and brown rice 225 cal
Snack: 2 chicken drumsticks, orange, muffin, pretzles 560 cal

1485 calories today.
