I hope you are feeling better today, Deb. Hopefully you got some rest yesterday.
I probably won't get to the club today because the weather is not very nice...rain, snow and ice. When I took the dog out this morning I could hear sirens from accidents. We volunteer at the food mission today, but hopefully the salting trucks will be out by dinnertime.
Breakfast: eggbeater sandwich 200
Snack: cheesecake and soup 135
Lunch: beef chili, muffin 400
Snack: beef chili, muffin 400
Dinner: BBQ beef, whole wheat bread, butter, carrot and celery sticks 500 cal
Snack: cheesecake, soup, grapefruit 215
