Good morning!
I have gymnastics with my 3 yr. old granddaughter this morning.  It's always a workout trying to keep her corraled!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - fage
Lunch - baked ricotta w/meatball
Dinner - chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - l.c. pumpkin dessert

Good morning fellow BOTTERS
What a treat to go to the gymnasics with your granddaughter.  So much fun!  I plan on going to the healthclub today for my little workout.  I feel so much better since I have been back there.  Baking my diet foods also helps me stay on track. 

The plan (which never ends up the same)

Breakfast: omelet and muffin 200 calories
Snack: soup, cheesecake and grapefruit 210 cal
Lunch: soup, salad, tuna, yogurt 280 calories
Dinner: Soup, salad, chicken breast 6oz, 1/2 sweet potato 500 calories
Snack: cheesecake, muffin 200 cal.

1390 calories total
