 Good Morning BOTT Family,

Today is promises to be a really good day to do some outside walking a preview of the Spring weather headed our way.  I will be taking my extra pair of sneakers to work today and leaving in my locker.  I will have no excuse that I forgot my walkers today!

Planning on getting a really good workout and burn on after work.

 Weight training - Treadmill - Cardio 

My meal plan...

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    Spinach Omelet w/ 3oz of roasted red potato
L -    Tuna Salad w/tossed green salad & LF Italian dressing
S -    Apple Slices / Yogurt
D -   Grilled Tilapia w/ green beans
S -    ??

Good morning!
We're expecting some nice weather today, too.  It will be a good day to walk.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink, 1/2 banana
Snack - fage
Lunch - left over pot roast
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - l.c. pumpkin dessert

Wow you guys are up early!  We are having nice weather today too.  I went shopping and then to my health club for a 5 minute bike, 10 minute walk and a couple of lengths swim. Far cry from where I was before Christmas but I have to start somewhere.

Breakfast: grapefruit and eggbeater, pepper jack soy cheese, mushroom and spinach omelet with fat free sour cream and salsa.  190 calories
Snack: veggie soup, chocolate zucchini muffin and sf/ff cheesecake 240 calories
Lunch: spinach/cucumber/mushroom salad and a tuna stuffed tomato 160 calories
Snack: Pure protein bar 190 calories
Dinner: spinach/cucumber/mushroom/tomato salad, veggie soup, 1/2 sweet potato, tilapia 4 oz. 350 calories
Snack: nuked apple with sf syrup,  sf/ff cheesecake and greek yogurt 270 calories
Snack: chocolate zucchini muffin 100 calories
1500 calories total for the day which is really good for me.
